The SETAC Europe 16th LCA meeting is open to all, presenters and non-presenters. Note that considerable discounts are offered for SETAC members. If you are not a member of SETAC, you may opt to become a member first (click here) and then register at the member rate.  

  • Early registration fees are available until 5 November 2009. After this date the reduced registration fee will automatically be changed into the normal fee. After 5 November 2009 the full online registration fees apply, ALSO FOR PRESENTERS.
  • Online registration is possible until 15 January 2010

Registration fees for the meeting will be structured as follows: 

  • early fee: register before 5 November 2009 AND pay before 15 November 2009
  • late fee: register before 15 January 2010 AND pay before 29 January 2010 
  • on-site fee: register and pay on-site.

Special reductions for:

  • SETAC Members. Not yet a member? First click here to join SETAC and then register at the member rate;  
  • Students (BSc, MSc and PhD students; confirmation of student status by supervisor required).

One online registration must be completed by each attendee. We strongly prefer payments by credit card (details of the card can be submitted during the registration online or sent by fax to the office). Payments can also be made by bank transfer.

Cheques will not be accepted!

No registrations will be accepted at the SETAC Europe Office after 15 January 2010. After this date, only on-site registration is possible.

Registration and cancellation policy: 

  • Registration fees include acces to the symposium, coffee breaks and lunches, congress dinner, symposium programme and abstract book, and post meeting access to the virtual conference.
  • An invoice on official SETAC Europe letterhead is available on simple request.
  • In order to be eligible for the early registration fees, the payment MUST be received before 15 November 2009. If payment is received after this date, the increased fees are due.
  • After 15 January 2010: only on-site registrations.
  • Payments for the online registration (not early registrations) done after the deadline of 29 January 2010 will be increased with 25€ administration costs.
  • 50€ cancellation fee for cancellations received before 31 December 2009, no refunds for later cancellations. Please note that only written cancellations are accepted. Write either by e-mail or letter to Rita De Koninck (rita.dekoninck@setac.org) and include the reason for cancellation.
